Problem Descriptio: Handset can't receive SMS/MMS
Trouble shooting steps:
1. Conduct Hard reset on your mobile phone (*#7370*)
Note: Make sure to back-up all important user data before conducting this procedure.
2. Try to manually input the network settings or request for OTA settings.
3. Upgrade your hand set to the lates software version.

4. If problem still persists you may need to bring your handset to the nearest authorized Nokia service provider.
